Compact footprint build for heavy duty work
This CNC plasma cutter has a compact footprint with two options for material in-feed length: one at 21 feet (7.3 meters) and the other at 40 feet (12 meters). Its compact design also makes it easy to transport and set up, with installation and commissioning completed in just two days.
Equipped with a chuck for rotating hollow sections and a Staubli robot arm for a full range of motion, it offers complete flexibility for coping, notching, cut-outs, hole cutting, and marking, all powered by the reliable Hypertherm plasma source.
Automatic Outfeed Table
At the business end of the machine, the RoboRail features an automatic outfeed table that efficiently removes all finished parts, placing them into crates for easy collection.
The possibilites of cutting with the RoboRail
Automatic cutting enables you to create all unique parts, delivered to you 1-for-1 straight from your CAD-files. Allowing you to cut a divers range of profiles and cuts with just one machine. In the video Matthew shows a quick glimpse of the available options.
- Channel Cutting
A typical example of a channel that comes of the machine which the machine will cut and mark in less than 4,5 minutes.
- Pipe Cutting
A typical handrail pipe like this will take the machine around 30 seconds and is ready to go straight to your fitter.
- Angle Cutting
The RoboRail can cut Angles going from 1 inch (25 mm) up to 8 inch (200 mm) and can be cut, notched. It can include round holes, but also slots.
- Square Section Cutting
The example shown by Matthew is around 6 inches (150 mm), but the RoboRail can go up to 8 inch (200 mm).
Comes with ProCAM software
Like all our machines, the RoboRail comes equipped with HGG’s ProCAM software, allowing you to seamlessly convert your CAD files into cutting files and start your cutting process. We’ve partnered with leading CAD/CAM companies like TEKLA, SDS2, M-Suite, Pypeserver, and more.
