About HGG profile cutting services
HGG Cutting Services is your partner for cutting 3D steel profiles, such as pipes, boxes, beams, and other profiles. With 40 years of 3D profiling experience, we have delivered projects for companies working in infrastructure, mechanical engineering, crane construction, offshore (wind), process industry, steel construction, and shipbuilding industries.
Storing and preparing your steel
At our facility in Wieringerwerf (NL), we have a large storage area well-suited for bigger and longer profiles. You can also have your steel delivered straight from your supplier to our facility. We will store it until you need your profiles to be cut. Our experienced team of work preparators will check and prepare your files before cutting. Using our in-house developed ProCAM software, we can translate all widely used file formats into 3D cutting data.

HGG has a large storage area where we store the materials for our customers, possibly directly from the supplier. Delivery of long lengths is no problem at all. The work preparation department works with in-house developed software and can translate various file formats into 3D cutting data.
The combination of state-of-the-art machinery, ProCAM software, and the expertise of our team of work preparators and machine operators allows us to cut all 3D profiling shapes and profiles. From simple cuts down to the utmost difficult ones, we always strive for the highest quality and ensure your cutting job is ready for you on time.
Receive a ready-to-go prefabricated package
We complete your cutting job with all the necessary information, including footprints and fitting lines. You will receive a completely prefabricated package ready for further processing and assembling, saving you valuable time. If you need your steel delivered directly to you or the job site, no problem. We have a long-lasting relationship with our transportation partner to get that sorted for you.
