About ProCAM

HGG’s inhouse developed ProCAM software allows you to easily turn your CAD-designs into cutting files. From single parts to complete assemblies. It allows you to check the parts in the 3D viewer, nest the parts with HGG’s powerful nesting module, and adjust them before generating the cutting files.

Use optimized nesting to place parts cost-effectively, reducing waste and boosting efficiency. Our ‘Reverse and Turnover’ algorithm minimizes scrap by intelligently reversing and reordering parts during nesting.

Both ProCAM and ProCAM Lite are the only suite of software specifically designed for HGG profiling machines. 

ProCAM Lite (free download)

ProCAM Lite is a free software program that gives users the ability to view and check cutting details on various profiles without a cutting machine or intermediary viewing software. You can review all parameters and weld details for a project before cutting and production, including root openings and markings, for any DSTV, NC, XML, or PCD file.

ProCAM

ProCAM enables users to prepare jobs quickly and efficiently for HGG’s 3D profiling machines. It allows you to define and view parts, setup the most efficient way to cut those parts from stock and automatically generate machine CNC data. It also allows the import of project files generated with CAD packages without programming or using 3rd party software.
