"The RPC 1200 Mk3 quickly stood out for its robustness and integrated technology."
Facing the need to replace an outdated beam cutting system, Vanoli Ferro sought a more advanced and future-proof solution. Arrigo Vanoli, CEO, explains: “In 2019 we had the need to replace an old machine with a system that was more modern, more advanced, and better suited to our needs.” The RPC 1200 Mk3 quickly stood out for its robustness and integrated technology. As Francesco Asperti, General Manager, notes: “The RPC impressed us immediately – it’s a robust machine with powerful technology and software we really liked.
During our visit, we also saw the ProCutter 900 in operation, and that’s when the idea was born to expand into large-diameter tube processing.” This strategic decision allowed Vanoli Ferro to broaden its service offering, incorporating advanced processing stages that were previously not possible, ultimately strengthening its position in the market.
Optimized Workflows Through Precision and Software Integration
The implementation of HGG technology has transformed Vanoli Ferro’s production workflow, delivering both operational efficiency and superior quality. “We created a partnership relationship with our customers, because they send files or drawings in any format, and thanks to the HGG systems we can read them all,” says Arrigo Vanoli. Powered by HGG’s ProCAM software, the machines streamline programming and execution, reducing manual interpretation and simplifying operations for machine operators.
Paolo Pozzetti, Mechanical Engineer, describes the software as “functional, intuitive, and fully meeting our needs,” while operators quickly gain confidence in handling complex jobs. The combination of high precision, cutting speed, and the ability to process large profiles has resulted in a clear leap in quality. As Vanoli concludes: “With HGG we have made a leap in quality—not only in machine performance and finishing, but also in software and after-sales support, which is fundamentally important for us.”
“When the machines were integrated into our production cycle, we naturally expanded our supply range, adding advanced processing stages that we were previously unable to offer.”
