Manuel Moncada, foreman at Glenco Inc., said, “Since we’ve got the machines, it has been night and day. We can probably increase production at least five times. At least. The cuts are great. They’re nice and smooth. You just have to chip a little bit of slag and you keep on working. Now that a lot of our employees are getting older, grinding hurts. So now we don’t have to do it, it’s nice. “
Glenn Explains: “Our production has increased significantly—we can get a lot more done with the same number of people. It’s opened new doors for us with customers, simply because we can get material out faster. It’s truly been a game changer.
There’s no way we could do without these machines. The RPC and the RoboRail have put us in such a strong position that, after having them this long, I can’t imagine ever going back.”
