Service contracts


You purchased a HGG machine to put it to maximum use and will obviously want to prevent faults and defects as much as possible. We therefore offer you to take out a Service Support Contract defining the conditions for service and maintenance activities to your machine.

 

A Service Support Contract provides you with 24/7 support from our help desk – anytime and anywhere.

 

In addition to the service contract, HGG coordinates all of the necessary maintenance to your machine based on its hours of operation. We schedule a service call after your equipment has been operational for a certain number of hours. During the visit, our Service Engineer will carry out an inspection of all of the crucial parts, apply lubricant to necessary components and check the machine’s software and hardware.

 

A Service Support Contract gives you a discount on all consumable items and spare parts.

 

Parts that are urgently required to clear a disruption in your production process can be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

 

Small interruptions and faults can usually be solved at once. A simple phone call to one of our Service Coordinators will immediately set the problem solving process in motion. Thanks to the option of taking remote control of your machine from our head office, your fault can be cleared at a low cost. Another advantage is that any standstill will be strictly limited to the shortest amount of time possible.

 

If the problem proves too complicated for a remote solution, a service mechanic will visit your premises as soon as possible to deal with the fault.
