HGG machines often play an important role in the entire manufacturing process and we understand that their reliability and availability form an essential part of it. Not only can regular maintenance prevent unexpected interruptions and damage, it will also reduce the number of faults and limit additional production costs. Maintenance calls are carried out by our experienced Service Engineers who are able to detect and solve problems at an early stage. During their visit they can make all of the necessary adjustments to the machine and replace any broken parts. In addition, their expertise allows them to make recommendations, at no extra cost, related to issues like functionality and safety. In combination with an expert fault analysis, the information thus acquired ensures enhanced machine reliability.

All activities carried out during a maintenance visit will be reported clearly and transparently, providing accurate insight into all labour and material costs per period and per (line of) machine(s). A service contract can even further clearify your costs per period. For a set price your machine regularly will be checked.
